Are all the flowers grown by yourself?
Our season is April - October we do grow all of our own flowers and foliage in this time however on occasion and out of season we do have to buy in but we only buy in from British growers do not use any imported flowers or foliage.
How long do the flowers last and how should they be cared for?
The flowers should last for a minimum of 5 days if cared for correctly. Flowers should be kept out of direct sun and ​heat and the ends should be snipped before placing into cold fresh water which should be changed daily.
What delivery and collection options are there?
We off collection on Fridays from 4pm and Saturdays from 11am. We only offer delivery on Saturdays from 3 pm and only to any town or village within a radius of Ellington. If you are unsure if we will deliver to your area please check before placing orders.
What is your returns and cancellation policy?
If you no longer require your order please get in touch immediately we will only be able to cancel orders within the first 4 hours of the order being placed. We do not offer a returns policy but if you are unhappy by the quality of the product please contact us immediately.
Hazardous Plant Material Warning - Please note some plants or flowers may be harmful or poisonous. Please ensure flowers are kept away from pets and children. When handling the flowers please use gloves and wash your hands after handling them.
